Fruit offer many vitamins and antioxidants, but are also high in natural sugars, which doesn’t keep blood sugar stable for very long. Opt for low glycemic fruit (ie berries, cherries, apples, peaches, oranges) and keep them to a minimum. You can get far more nutrient value with veggies 😉🥗🥑🥦🌶 .
