Recovery day should be every day. 🔥 It blows my mind that it gets its own day. Does practice/lifting/footwork training get 1 day/week? Wtf. I had heel and Achilles pain for the past few days and that’s a rare thing for me. 😠 So I went about rollin my feet, did the Cammie, shins, Achilles, even quads. 👇 It felt a little better. 🤷‍♀️ And then I did this. Placed the ball so it snuggles kinda behind my tibia and got the Soleus muscle from the side. 😲 Holy shit, it was tender/sore! I rolled (and in super special spots let the ball rest there to do its thing) up and down for prolly 10-15 min. Gently. ✅ After that my Achilles and heel pain was reduced by abt 75%. And has stayed away the next morning. ❤️ Btw, I’m sitting on a couch.
