#mondaymotivation - I haven’t done a progress post in a while- so here it goes. A few months ago I hit a plateau and I’ve been struggling to break it. So my trainer and have been making a few changes and slowly the extra is coming off- the muscles are getting stronger- my clothes are getting bigger. . But here’s the thing I keep reminding myself. Every BODY is different; just like everybody is different. And you can’t keep comparing yourself to others- what you can do is just keep trying something new until it works. It’s working now. Slowly. But it’s happening and I couldn’t be happier. . PS. I broke up with my scale for a while. And it’s the best damn thing I’ve done in this fitness journey in awhile.
