Day 30: never stop  The work is never done. Even if you’re good at something or if you achieved something it should not be the end. You can always go further, get better, learn more. Day 30! This is it!! (Not @michaeljackson offcourse) But YEAH last day of the challenge!! And to finish we’re going to finish with ANOTHER CHALLENGE!! This one will not be fun. You’ll need a strategy and will see that it was not the best strategy so you’ll need a new one and adapt. Just don’t give up!!! Talk yourself through it! Stay focussed and count your reps. Be honest to yourself, no fake reps. If you lie, you’re only fooling yourself... do your best, and impress yourself. Please write your “score” here, it will be on the internet forever. (So you can make a benchmark out of this and you can do it again soon just to do it better!) (ps: you might want to put a towel or a mat under you...) A: 30 minute AMRAP  SIT UPS!! (As Many Reps As Possible)  Just put up a clock and start counting... BIIIIIG shout out to Everybody who joined and participated. Even BIGGER to everyone who will finish it. Day 29: work better, not harder  Not being a professional athlete doesn’t mean you can’t overtrain. Respect your time to recover, and always listen to your body. And what is your goal? Would you still like to play with your grand-kids and feel fit when you’ll be past 60? Or do you just want to look good now? Training should still be fun and not a heavy duty you want to be done as fast as possible... Also by training smarter and more specific, you’ll gain time and reduce the risk of injury. Don’t overload, put yourself to the test.
