Hello hello!! I hope everyone had a FANTASTIC Monday morning!! I know Monday’s aren’t for everyone, but kick off your Monday with a great work out and breakfast and hopefully you’ll feel happy and energized! 🤗 This morning was my 3 mile run followed by a short ab session. I am now just 25 seconds closer to beating my fasted 3 mile time from TWO. YEARS. AGO. I’ll try again in a few days! Anyways - this morning I have a new smoothie recipe for you guys! This smoothie is definitely on the sweeter side: * * * • About 3/4 cup ice • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries • 1/2 banana • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk • 1 scoop @drinkorgain protein powder • 1 tbsp almond butter • & 1 handful of spinach! * * * TOTAL CAL: 345 • Protein- 17g • Carbs- 43g • Fat- 12g * * * Give this smoothie a try and let me know how you like it!
Today our cousin Maureen came in 3rd in her age class in the Naples Island 3 Mile Swim🎖. She swam completely around Naples Island! Also, when practicing for this race, she walked the 8 blocks from our house to the Lagoon in exactly this outfit.
