Another fantastic Cookin’ with Allagash scholarship contest on the books! 16 years running, the annual event celebrates beer pairings and our talented culinary students with a night where everyone walks away a winner. @allagashbrewing’s @allagashrob presented Parvathy Omanakuttan with the top prize last night, whose dish “Snapped Twice” — a fillet of red snapper seared and baked in a banana leaf, served with tomato rice — really impressed our panel of judges, which included our 2015 winner @peterxmartinez, beer journalist @joshmbernstein, cicerone @annelikesbeer, and @oprahmagazine senior editor @mollysimms.
