SWEAT IS JUST FAT CRYING 🙄#rediculous . . Now I’ve got your attention I wanna ask you ... Are you exercising from a place of self-hate ? 🤨 . . 1-Your desperately trying to shrink, change or manipulate the way your body looks with the mindset smaller is better and pay no other attention to any other variables 2-You use exercise as a form of punishment for something you ate 3-You actually really don’t enjoy the style of training you do at all but feel obliged too do it anyway 4-You ignore your body and push way past fatigue because there is no such thing as rest day ? . . Im not dissing on exercise because it is so beneficial for you... To keep you healthy and improve your quality of life. Although I do feel you need to have the right intentions behind it ! . . For a long time I had the mindset of... - rest is weak -have to train more than I eat - if I wasn’t drenched in sweat I didn’t train hard enough ! I figured the more I trained the more weight I’d loose, the better the body I’d have the more worthy I’d be ! I was training from a place of self-hate, punishing my body for not looking the way I thought it should be! Insert face palm here 🤦♀️😂 . . It wasn’t until I found Muay Thai did I truly begin to fall in love with exercise (besides the running side of it #ihaterunning ) I found a completely new appreciation for my body. How it moved, how strong it felt when I punched, the power behind my kick. I thrived of it, I dreamt of it, I got excited by it! . . The point I’m trying to make is... Move your body because you love it & you want to feel healthy and energised NOT because you despise the way it looks or you ate more than you should of! . . Find a form of exercise that you enjoy and lights you up ! Something that you look forward to! Get those feel good hormones flowing... -If it’s running then run . - If it’s boxing then box. -If it’s walking along the beach then walk. -If it’s smashing a solid weight

Ryan found something fun to do...play on a ledge with real dirt in his dump trucks. I can’t believe how much I let go...especially the high ledge. Don’t get me wrong...I don’t love it and I watch him pretty closely. But I swear if I had kids 10 years ago...when I was so sad I didn’t have any... I would have been one anxious mama and uptight for that matter. Things like this make me thankful I had to wait. Being a school counselor I see whet happens when there is an anxious parent...usually there is an anxious kid right behind them. Of course this isn’t always true as many parents are self aware and keep it in check around kids. #godsplan#havefaith
