Мой завтрак - космос.🌌 Скушали бы такой супер-боул?🖤 ⠀ ⠀  Это самая обычная овсянка + йогурт взбитый с бананом. Но фишка в декоре! ⠀ ⠀  Какие красители? 🤔 Это экстракт ягод асаи и голубая спирулина - суперфуды. ⠀  Что бы получить цвет нужна буквально щепотка - сильные концентраты. 💪⠀ ⠀  Но у нас они стоят просто заоблачно. 😩 Поэтому я и попросила привезти мне этих чудо-штучек у любимого из Лондона. Autumn has arrived ☺️🍁🍂 That means wearing cozy jumpers, warm socks, drinking lots of tea and having porridge for breakfast more often ☺️ Like this one with cardamom, ginger and looots of cinnamon 😋✨ Special thanks to @twospoons.ca for posting a tutorial on how to do these beautiful fig flowers 😍💖 I was so amazed by how easy it actually is! I will probably try to do this with every fruit now 😂🙌🏻 . Recipe for the porridge: 40 g of oats 2 tbsp of chia seeds about 240 ml of oat milk (or any other plantbased milk of choice) a pinch of ground cardamom, ginger and nutmeg as much cinnamon as you prefer a pinch of salt Put everything into a pot on medium heat and let it cook until the porridge is creamy, fill it into a bowl and top it with fruit, nut butter etc. 👌🏻 . #autumn #helloautumn #autumnvibes #porridge #oatmeal #oatmealbowl #healthybreakfast #comfortfood #healthyfood #veganeats #veganfood #veganbreakfast #breakfastbowl #plantbased #wholefoods #cleaneating

If you're like me and you're not a morning person, you're probably looking for easy breakfast options, so give this recipe a try. I had some this morning and it was deeeeeeeeelish 👌 . 1 cup oats 2 tbs plain yogurt ½ tablespoon honey ½ drop Cinnamon Bark oil (use a toothpick to control amount) 1½ cups milk . Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight (I used a jar). Enjoy in the morning. . You can also add some raisins in too, but I don't like them 😅 I added a sliced banana this morning though. . I prepared my overnight oats using my own mix of porridge oats, wheat bran, wheatgerm, millet flakes (protein boost!), milled flax seeds (great for the skin!), chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, allowing the ingredients to soak for maximum flavour and goodness.😇 . . This morning I heated the oats and added my toppings. I then drizzled with a little extra almond-maple glaze and gave it a final 1-min blast in the microwave as it had cooled slightly whilst I was prepping and tending to my newborn twins!
