Preparing for the upcoming full moon, it’s the best time to make ghee. According to Ayurvedic culture ghee was traditionally made on the full and waxing moon as it gave ghee healing life forces. We honor this tradition by making our ghee during these times, with the addition of a little crystal alter to align with a chakra. ⠀ Food is so often steeped in tradition, we love that we can bring a little of this to our everyday life through Dosga Ghee.
