Simple high protein vegan breakfast, just mix the oats, protein powder & chia seeds before adding milk, you can leave them overnight or cook them on the hob. Happy Thursday Part 2 Here’s a few tips to help you with making the right choices on your fat loss journey (not weight loss- fat loss) Also deciding if PT or group sessions or both are going to help.  6.dont demonise foods,carbs are not the devil! “Eating clean” ? What is clean it’s another myth word that’s overused and misused and falling into the trap of labelling good or bad , clean or dirty is not going to help you and isn’t useful - again will potential push you into a eating disorder labelling foods and being obsessive , stop using the word clean.  7.meal plans . Hmmmmm where do I start ? If your offered a meal plan without anyone taking any statistics you need to question it. If you turn up at a bootcamp with 50 other people of various heights, weights and ages and you are ALL given the SAME meal plan , walk away there and then as that instructor is not educating you , helping you and has just given you a cookie cutter meal plan which again will be super restrictive and will push you over the edge leading up possible bad relationships with food and food disorders.  8.again back to weight training - if your PT and/or bootcamp instructor is running you into the ground with cardio cardio cardio and you don’t do any weight training - you need a re think. We need weight training and proper education to help us reach our goals.over doing the Cardio and under eating by huge amounts is gonna burn muscle , yes you will lose weight and probably quick but you are losing muscle as well as water then fat , keep that going and you will be like a skeleton and not healthy. Too many times we see all cardio with cookie cutter meal plans handed out ad bootcamps. That’s not a healthy way. We need balance , education,  sustainable training and nutrition with correct nutrition advice and weight training and cardio.  9.dont follow quick fixes , speed follows money , money follows speed  10.
