I never thought I’d say this but this year I’ve really enjoyed stretching my comfort zone in all kinds of different ways. Yesterday I attended a Wim Hof workshop led by my awesome friend @richrealign and ended up in an ice bath 2 times for 3,5 minute each. It truly is amazing what you can do when you learn to focus your mind & breathing! Mind over matter is really possible - and so much more is often possible for us than what we realize if we can learn to manage our mind better. I’m really grateful for all the meditation practice I’ve put in & my confidence in my ability to handle life has increased so much. This is possible for you too! Put in the time to learn practices that will enable you to stay calm, so you can choose how you respond and not get triggered - it really is one of the best investments you can make.
