Feeling free 💖 There’s this amazing thing that happens when you start training for strength. You have a better understanding of how capable you are, you look at your body for what it can do and the focus shifts from what you see in the mirror. My schedule for the next while consists of school, sweating, lifting and work. And there’s no place in it for an unappreciative attitude towards my body 👋🏻 Who else loves sweating and training for strength?!
