He was looking for me and was getting upset because he couldn’t find me. It was like I was looking in a glass globe and I kept trying to tell him I’m right here but he couldn’t hear me :( . I woke up in tears. I wanted to write to him and call him just to ask if he was ok. But I’m stuck like this card I pulled. Going into yet ANOTHER weekend like 👌🏼💪🏼🙌🏼. I’m working out FEWER days a week, LESS time per workout, and I’ve had MORE than my fair share of wine and snacks. I mean, it IS my first summer being single in a LONG time! 🙋🏽♀️🍷😉 STILL, I’m seeing more definition in my abs, arms, and back. And my booty is staying lifted! AND we’re only 3 weeks in. We still have 5 weeks to go! OH, and I’m not the only one loving this program. EVERYONE in my group is loving it too! The trainer who created it was RIGHT when he said “I’ve figured out how to train hard, get results, and still have a life. Now you can too.” And DAMN does it feel GOOD! Cloudy Days Make The Best Run Days It's stormy here, but that just means we get a break from the heat. I decided to take advantage of the weather and change up my run routine. I did my 5km run today, and saved the sprints for Thursday. • Worked out perfectly! My speed has increased from last week, which I was already pretty happy with. • I followed it up with a brutal HIIT workout, which energized me for the day. • How's your day going? Heavyweights is not an option, plus I hate the bulk and space weights (or extra stuff for that matter) take up. Remember I had the 12lb bar in the closet so pulled it out for a little upper body session. Felt good to "move" a little. 3x15 for a quick one if you're on a time crunch.
