Just as I was about to make something for lunch a package showed up at my door from @outeraislegourmet I changed my plan and used one of the cauliflower pizza crusts they sent to whip up this beauty! Ham, Colby jack and chipotle lime mayo. I then cooked it a little to melt it all together. This pizza crust was DELISH! I’m so impressed! Swipe for macro deets 👍
