Spinach, rice, quinoa, chopped baby vine tomatoes and the lady of my @goldstandardnutrition steamed chicken fillets. The @goldstandardnutrition fillets are so handy and can be either cooked in the microwave for 3 minutes from frozen (depening on the wattage of your microwave) or they can be defrosted and eaten once fully thawed, making preparation time minimal. If you are measuring your macros then these will be perfect for you as all the chicken breasts are the same weight so they have done all the hard work for you!
