Getting ready for the long weekend like... • I’ve had a bit of a break from Insta this past week for various reasons, but in that time I have built up a massive list of drinks I want to make IMMEDIATELY, so I’m particularly glad that we get an extra day off this Bank Holiday weekend here in the U.K. • I have new birthday gift bottles to try, new recipe books to explore, some drink calendar dates coming up to celebrate... so while I plan for all of that, I’m going to sip on this. • Here’s a Grapefruit and Rosemary Collins •••••••••••••••••••• 2oz @sipsmith Gin 2oz Pink Grapefruit Juice Tonic Water 1 sprig Rosemary 1tsp Light Brown Sugar •••••••••••••••••••• Muddle the rosemary and the sugar in the bottom of a shaker and then add some ice, the gin and grapefruit juice and shake. Strain into a tall glass and top with the tonic water. Garnish with grapefruit peel and more rosemary.
Oh we do love a well made mojito, but if you love that rum and citrus hit then we suggest you give the mint a night off and try a classic daiquiri. 🍸 So refreshing on a hot day, this is actually our favourite rum drink! What's your favourite rum based concoction? 😋
