Apologies for being so inactive lately!! It’s been such a busy week, exams have finished and so there’s been lots of parties and festivals that have needed to be attended😂 . I thought that eating horrifically this week and not going to the gym would really affect my weigh in on Friday but I was very pleasantly surprised to find I’d only put on 0.4kg! . Weight loss is never linear and I did drink alcohol the night before weigh in so I’m hoping that that extra weight was water retention. It’s been a long, hard 4 months of changing my diet for the better and this week I have eaten what I used to, and it’s really been a wake up call. . There is no way that I would choose to eat a whole bag of marshmallows in one sitting and drink 10 ciders in a week over the good, controlled diet I have now. . In myself, I feel groggy, tired, less energetic and my bank account has definitely not appreciated the amount of takeaways, sweets and alcohol I’ve consumed this week. .
