I found it while studying something and I really love it. #wednesdaywisdom I did a workshop style #vinyasa class today. My Vinyasa class is tough and today we took a chunk and went through the poses and alignments and it was a lot of fun. We do at the minimum 30 #vinyasas in addition to the flows and my students are some of the strongest people I know. We have #discipline at my studio and we get results. We swept the floor well today and we can’t wait to sweep again tomorrow! And I am very proud of my classes today. Everyone gave their best efforts even though it was hard. It really was very motivating.
