Here’s some truth: 💯 I don’t love going to the gym everyday. I don’t love going to work everyday. I don’t feel motivated every single day. But.... Those are the days that I push myself harder then most. Those are the days that push us in a forward direction toward our goals. Always make sure that the little voice inside your head that tells you to get up and do it, is stronger then the voice that’s tells you not to. 💫 ................................................................. #fridayfacts#friyay#discipline#freedom#motivation#goals#dreambig#fitness#potd#instagood#jackedandrich 💪🏼
Listen up all you busy people! I want to talk to all the people who think they are too busy to travel down that road to a healthy lifestyle. The ones who are up and at em before the sun comes up and out until after dark! The ones who are juggling a full time job and children and dinner etc.. I get it...I really do, especially after the week I had. I was up at 5 am and not home until 7:30 pm...Monday - Thursday. I didn't get a lunch break...I was so busy. By the time I got home, I ate dinner, sat on the couch with Chris for an hour and it was time for bed. This was not a normal week for me but it got me thinking about people whose normal week looks like this. Yikes! That would be tough to fit in going to the gym. I don't have time to go to they gym and that's why I LOVE my at home virtual gym. No travel time. Not only that, the workouts I'm doing now are ONLY 30-39 minutes, 4 (yes I said 4) days a week. Today was day 4 of the first week (Leg Day -LIIFT 50/50) and I AM SO SORE! I was up at 5 and got my workout done...at home, and didn't worry about it again... unless I had to lift my arms above my head or walk up the stairs! Lol Am I talking to you? Trying to find the time to get fit and you aren't sure where to start? Ask me and maybe I can help!
