Trying to do this with my life 🤔... 😊 Here is my public schedule for the week - a couple of covers for now: 👉🏻Monday 21/05: my 12:15pm class at More Yoga is covered but I’m teaching at the Chelsea Harbour Club from 7:30pm to 9pm. . 👉🏻 Tuesday 22/05: 2:30-3:45pm @ Indaba (cover); . 👉🏻 Wednesday 23/05: 12:15-1:15pm @ More Yoga (Dharma Yoga); 6:30-7:30pm @ TPYC (level 1); . 👉🏻 Thursday 24/05: 6-7:30pm @ Indaba covering @amanda.denton.yoga ❤️🙏🏻; . 👉🏻 Saturday 26/05: 8am and 6:30pm @ TPYC for 1 hour each time of power yoga; . Sunday 27/05: 4-5pm @ TPYC for Dharma Yoga! . Come practise 🤸🏼♀️🤸🏻♂️🧘🏼♀️🧘🏼♂️! . 📸 my dearest Hoda @hodadavaine ❤️ The asana is split handstand: it is useful to learn to balance in inverted poses with wide legs. Legs don’t have to be in full split, think more about the way scales work. This help me a lot.
Thanks Suah for giving a 100% till the end!! She started strong with swim and finished with sprint. Suah did so much better than what expected.
