I took home fresh produce lemon verbena and lettuce from our allotment and organic turmeric and garlic. All from the Horsenden Hill Rural Craft Fair @mindfood_cic yesterday. Almost zero waste, but I forgot my cloth bag. I will reuse the plastic bag though. For lunch today, I microwaved a sweet potato, added the lettuce, chopped lemon verbena on chickpeas, half an avocado, olives and some Reggae Reggae sauce. I’ve found that vegan cooking takes less time and ever so tasty, especially whole foods.
Yesterday, I was at the Horsenden Hill Rural Craft Fair with @mindfood_cic The video shows Facilitators Lucy and Pauline helping visitors at our stall. All together it was me, Lucy, Pauline, Heather, Indy, Sharon, Krishna and Mansooreh helping out at the fair.
So during winter 2016, I hardcore relapsed with my natural living journey because of Bath and Body Works' Snowflakes and Cashmere scent. ❄ I finally had a big girl job and "could afford" to buy bags of scented candles and shower gels and all the girly pampering things. I also bought this body cream because j'adore la France. 🇫🇷 I'm almost free of this and one final body wash. Hallelujah! 🤗 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ • • • • • #holisticliving#livingsustainably#naturalwellness
