Watermelon + anything = THE BEST... If watermelon were a love language, it would definitely be mine. The mix of sweetness with all the flavors from the dressing and tuna made for a perfect summer lunch. 🌻🍉 ~~ Bed of Kale topped with cinnamon roasted green beans, avocado, roasted chickpeas, @simplemills crackers, WATERMELON, and @traderjoes Green Goddess dressing. + 1/2 can of tuna mixed with 1tsp olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
Instead of my milkshake bringing all the boys to the yard (which @inkedfitdude would be extremely confused if there were a bunch of boys in our yard 🤷‍♀️) my life is more like "any food I have in my hands brings every animal in my house as close to me as possible." #furmom life amiright??? But I don't blame them.. because this bowl was 🔥 .. Quinoa, roasted bell pepper, roasted sweet potato, black beans  corn, avocado, jalapenos, cilantro and all topped with this addicting sauce 👉🏻 Blend 1/2 cup cilantro, 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt , 2 tbsp red wine vinegar and olive oil, 1 tbsp @beeseasonalhoney honey, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp cumin & paprika + 2 cloves of garlic. I swear I could drink the sauce it's that good.. ok maybe not drink but I swear it's 💯👌 Hope Wednesday is treating you well friends 💛

Recipe - Ingredients: - 1/4 cup Earth Balance (butter replacement) - 1/4 cup Coconut oil, melted - 3/4 cup cane sugar - 2 tsp vanilla extract - 1 tbsp ground chia seeds - 3 tbsp water - 1 cup gluten free all purpose flour - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1 cup PASCHA 55% Cacao Chocolate Chips . Method: - In a small bowl, mix together the ground chia seeds and the water. Set aside to thicken. - In a mixing bowl, combine the butter and the cane sugar. Mix well. - Add the vanilla extract, thickened chia seed mixture, and melted coconut oil. Mix well. - Add the gluten free flour, salt, and baking powder, stirring until combined. - Add the PASCHA Chocolate Chips and stir. - Pour batter into cast iron pan(s) and bake until the edges are browned. Keeping it simple....Organic Chicken & Snap Peas with Garlic and Toasted Sesame Seeds sauteed in Sesame oil... Snap peas are not something I make often in my keto lifestyle because they do have a bit higher carb content then the other green veggies I consume most days but knowing I was going to make this dish I made sure to calculate my macros for the day around this meal. Had to mix up something for lunch today. I try not to use salad dressings that have a bunch of hidden bad fats and sugars.
