Everything was pan fried or sautéed in @chosenfoods #avocadooil 🥑 spray (0SP)
A little repost to reintroduce my favorite birds! From right to left: “Hoppy” (who is Henrietta’s mom), Henrietta (my favorite EE), some random black copper that ALWAYS goes broody at the worse times, and firecracker my Mille fleur roo 😁. Hoppy was born with a splay leg that was never fixed, so while shopping at my local feed store I asked what was wrong with the chick that was separated...long story short, I walked out with hoppy. I tried everything to fix her leg, but I think it was like that for too long. Even so, she’s my oldest hen on the farm now, and is one of only a few that aren’t allowed to be culled or old due to old age ❤️. We all have that one bird.
