Oh, and 🖍draw a picture, of course. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WRITING WIZARD 🎩 CHALLENGE: Add smells and sound effects to entertain your reader even more. DARE to SHARE? Send pics to 📬Zap@adventureswithzap.com.
#biosarte#art#arte#artandscience#artforkids#arteparaniños#arteyciencias#arteducation#learningaboutnaturethroughart#nature#naturaleza#niñoscreativos#kidscreate#inspiredbynature#inspiradoenlanaturaleza#tree#arbol#treeart#natureawareness#creatividad#creativity#empoweringchildren#caracas#venezuela
They know. And they try and tell you. They want to be free. 💚 Times are changing and the children now coming through are not the same as you. They don’t fit into your boxes. 💚 They are here to experience true freedom. In a way you haven’t even dreamed of. 💚 Watch them. And they will show you how to do it. Free yourself from the binds of your Self and what society dictates you should be, do and have. 💚 I throw in some food-for-thought in my video in the Connected Parenting Summit. I’m talking “How to Raise Limitless Children”, and although I tried to cram in lots of little points, the bottom line is: How do we accept the child in front of us? How do we show them they are enough, Now? How do we NOT stamp out all the powerful and valuable qualities they are born with? (The ones us adults are spending time trying to re-possess!) Do we allow our children to make empowering choices like in the way they dress, or how they have their hair? It’s all interesting stuff! Check out my vid now by signing up with the link in my bio x
Recently I was asked how I handle having my hubby gone for stretches at a time, and how I like it. My answer is simple, my answer is this- it is all about perspective! It is what you make of it. And we choose to make the best of it! The two of us, together! We communicate as much as possible, are each other’s biggest cheerleaders, and are thankful for the work the other does. But golly does writing that make me miss him♥️ • BUT, this got me to thinking! I have been resisting fall. And it’s not because I don’t like fall, in fact I LOVE fall, it’s the fact that fall is such a short season, and winter follows behind so quickly! So here I am, resisting this change, instead of choosing to make the best of it. Oh the irony! Going against a statement I live by every single day. So today, I let summer go. I gave it a final squeeze, and turned my wide open arms to fall! And we celebrated this cold dreary FALL day with crafts, homemade hot chocolate with a big pile of whipped cream, and harvest moon essential oil diffusing warm, cozy scents to envelope us as we let go of one season and enter this new one! So today I’m encouraging you to look around you and CHOOSE to make the best of whatever situation, opportunity, circumstance you find yourself presented with✨ • • • #midwestmom#minnesotamom#findthemagic#createmagic#toddlermom#midwestlife#momoftwo#livewithintention#speakwithintention#empoweringchildren#givemefall#falltraditions#homemadeeverything#matildajoy#midwestautumn#midwestfall
Ava came home a few nights ago with complaints of her stinky sports locker. She asked to get something to help with the smell like and air freshener. I explained to her that the chemicals in them are not healthy to breathe in or have on your clothes especially with your sports asthma. She understood completely. So I suggested essential oils in a spray bottle. Ava knew exactly what oils to used and so enjoyed making her spray bottle up in her own. #infinitelifesolutions#empoweringchildren#doterraessentialoils
Zots! It’s 💥SHOW ME💥week at ZapWrite! ✏️PROMPT - Use action words to SHOW Gooey and Zap a “daring duckling”. They have never seen a duckling so you’ll need to describe what one looks like. What does your duckling want? Use lively words to SHOW what daring deed it does to get what it wants (leap, dive, prowl, squawk). Oh, and 🖍draw a picture, of course. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WRITING WIZARD 🎩 CHALLENGE: Add smells and sound effects to entertain your reader even more. Does your duckling talk? If so, add dialog, too (that’s a fancy word for “talking”). DARE to SHARE? Send pics to 📬Zap@adventureswithzap.com.
What do you see when you look at this woman? The hunched shoulders, the lost look behind the eyes, the fear, the desire to disappear? Or do you see opportunity? Raw potential and the hope for something more? This picture is ME and it’s only 6 years old. And the ONLY thing that changed, was what I chose to do with my MIND. You have the power to transform your inner world, which in turn transforms your outer world. I studied the mind, yoga, how to mediate, how to choose my thoughts, NLP, Hypnotherapy. I had energy healings, studied great spiritual thought leaders and worked on limiting beliefs. I fostered an approach of gratitude and self compassion. I chose to have a relationship with my SELF and underneath it all, I found joy. I found out who I was and I became strong....a tiger 🐯.And then I documented my lessons into songs to teach my children all that I had learnt. The mind is a great servant, but an awful master. I was trapped in my body and my mind - but I broke free and so can you. You can check out some of the songs I used to make life with my kids easier in the link. Some are daft and some are practical, but they are just a very small part of a much bigger programme. A programme designed to increase connection, compassion and courage in the next generation. Because if they can learn just an ounce of what I have, they are going to be mighty fierce 🐯. You are more powerful than you could ever believe - you just have to learn how to use it - and it’s ALL in your mind ❤️#survivor #transformation#changeyourthoughts #changeyourthoughtschangeyourlife #thepowerofthemind#ownyourpower#befierce#protect#protectyourenergy#ptsd#ptsdawareness#selfesteem#psychological#psychologicalabuse#empoweringwomen#empowerchildren#empoweringchildren#npd#loveistheanswer❤️ #connecttoself#selfconnection#selfcompassion#courage#yesyoucan#selfbelief#ownyourstory
