😱 Bolo de churros sem açúcar 😋 3 ovos 1/2 xícara de óleo de coco 200 ml de leite de coco ou o leite que preferir 1 xícara de stevia em pó ou se preferir com açúcar pode usar de coco, mascavo ou demerara orgânica 1 colher de chá (cheia) de canela em pó 2 xícaras de farinha de arroz 1/2 xícara de farinha de aveia Essência de baunilha a gosto  1 colher de sobremesa de fermento Bata tudo no liquidificador e por último adicione o fermento. Unte bem uma forma e leve ao forno por 25 min a 180 graus. Focus on the things that you can do. Perhaps you’ve got an injury or an issue that’s preventing you from being active. What can you do instead? Think outside of your normal routine. What area have you neglected for a while? Work on that instead. It may not be your ideal workout. It’s not about perfection. Or even getting in the best workout possible.
