Normally, this is me! 😜 Every. Single. Day. I wake up ready-to-rumble, and have a hard time falling asleep at night because I’m so excited for what tomorrow holds!☀️ But here’s a confession: right now? Right now I feel like my tank is approaching empty. I feel defeated in the sense that I haven’t had the opportunity to begin working with & impacting as many people as I had hoped. I do NOT have a knack for social media, so don’t think to share as often as most of the other “fitness figures” in the public eye. Often times when I do share, I feel that my messages are not reaching or helping as many people as intended. Since I have such a strong, genuine passion for what I do, this is discouraging!!! However, the incredible clients that I do have the privilege of working with bring me so much joy and really add fuel to my fire to keep at it.🔥 Instead of dwelling on the population yet to be reached, I am changing my mindset to show more gratitude for my current clientele who are working so very hard and continue to progress each & every day. To each of you: THANK YOU!!! Thank you for trusting me, following my lead, and allowing me to play a small role in your lifelong wellness journey. I can’t wait to share some of your successes, as they deserve to be celebrated. You all inspire me daily! 👊🏼❤️💪🏼

I found more balance today as I got up earlier, got my mediation, affirmations completed and then spent time in the Word. ❤️⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m reading a new book called “Winning the Worry Battle” from Barb Roose...it’s life lessons from the book of Joshua and I have a study guide with it. I love 💗 it. So what I need as I travel with my family. I just love 💕 this quote and it’s such a good reminder on this Monday. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I also am reading “Girl, Wash Your Face” and just am loving that, too. 🙌🏻 So tell me...do you have some favorites? Happy Monday! - Just a reminder that you didn’t “fall off track” this weekend. You lived your life, indulged in some food, spent time with loved ones or by yourself. That’s part of life. Your “diet” should not stop you from living life. If it does, you need to ditch the diet and simply eat. - Instead of following a strict diet, just eat the foods you want and strive to eat more nutritious foods. That’s all you need to do. Nothing complicated. You don’t need to cut out all sugars, eat no carbs or eat no fat. Does that sound like something you could do for the rest of your life? No?
