Variety in your exercise is key not only to continually improve your fitness and goals but also to keep you motivated! We both attended @befitlondon_ and @balance_festival festivals during the last couple of weeks. Attending fitness events can enable to you to try out a different workout classes, or be inspired by one of the many speakers! We have found that streamlining your workouts with your friends can make it more enjoyable! We both attend exercises classes with friends to keep those sessions at the gym interesting and continually motivated! Fitness is a constant journey but you need to find what keeps you returning to the gym. Try a new exercise class or plan to go to the gym with a friend or even start small and start walking to work! Try something new and we are sure you will start feeling the amazing benefits fitness can bring you! #geoxabs

ARE SUPPLEMENTS NECESSARY? - No, supplements are not necessary. - When a beginner starts training, the first thing they do is go to the vitamin store and buy supplements. Most people believe supplements are a magic pill. There’s no magic pill and there’s no supplement to replace hard work. - Don’t take supplements if you’re not sleeping at least 7 hours a day, eating healthy about 85% of the time and training hard. Just save your money because you can’t out-supplement a bad diet or effort in the gym. - You can start supplementing once you’re eating healthy, sleeping well and training hard.
