Does Motivated Exist? .  We’ve all had days when we just can’t be bothered to exercise. .  The thought of working out or even just making it to the gym feels like a real slog. .  We sit around wishing for that inner feeling or voice to tell us ‘’ok, now I’m ready, let’s do this’’. .  But does this ‘motivation’ we are looking for really exist? .  Imagine if we waited to feel ‘motivated’ before we accomplished any task. .  How much would we get done? .  Not much I’d guess! .  What would your boss say if you told him, 3 hours into your shift, that you’re not quite ready to work yet. .  We don’t sit around waiting for a magical wave of productive energy to carry us through the day. .  We just get on with it and get the work done. .  We make it happen. .  It’s no different with your workout routine or schedule. .  Don’t concern yourself with how you can be more motivated. .  Instead, create an environment that gives you the best chance of success. .  Take control of your situation. .  Plan it out if you need to. The act of writing down what you want to achieve is very powerful. .  Pack your gym bag the night before. .  If you exercise in the morning leave your kit out by the end of the bed. .  Arrange to go with a friend or start a fitness group at work. .  Tell people your goals and ask them to encourage and support you. .  Have a coffee and listen to a song that gets you going 15 minutes beforehand. .  Start creating a regular routine. . Once you build a routine you begin to form a habit. .  And habits do not require motivation. .  What do you think?  Have you experienced this before?  Do you believe motivation exists? . Oggi pensavo allo "Sliding door"... In realtà è parecchio che ci penso e il bruttissimo accadimento di Genova non ha fatto altro che rafforzare il pensiero in me... Lo “sliding doors”, è un fenomeno che ci induce a chiederci se effettivamente gli avvenimenti che caratterizzano la nostra vita siano governati da altro,che sia una divinità o la buona sorte.  Le coincidenze... Albert Einstein diceva "Io, come Dio, non gioco a dadi, non credo alle coincidenze"  Siamo pieni di rimpianti per non aver fatto e rimorsi per aver agito... Eppure vi siete mai chiesti se prendere altre decisioni... un'altra porta... In quel preciso momento, vi avrebbe portato dove voi avreste voluto essere in questo momento?  Sarebbe stata davvero la scelta migliore?  Perché pensare a ieri, quando domani è così vicino... Perché rimandare a domani, quando oggi lo puoi vivere a pieno... "Lilly ma oggi non è lunedì"... Mi spiegate perché tutti gli inizi sono legati al lunedì?  Eppure io ho sempre lavorato sabato e domenica, lunedì per me non è mai stato un inizio... Lunedì... nella maggior parte dei casi... Del duemilamai... "Non rimandare a domani quello che puoi fare oggi"... dice il detto... Perché non cominciare oggi, mercoledì... Perché non di mercoledì?... Lunedì prossimo hai già avuto 5 giorni di soddisfazioni... Pensa che bello... Non procrastinare... rimandare... Vivi adesso... Domani non sai se avrai le stesse opportunità... Fallo ora... Pensa a te... Solo a te... La vita è imprevedibile... piena di chissà cosa... Sempre non è per sempre... Apri la porta... Giusta o non giusta... ti potrebbe portare a qualcosa di assurdamente fantastico... Che comunque valeva la pena di essere vissuto... Vivi con il sorriso... Чаще всего, когда слышим слово "жадность" ассоциативно мы представляем деньги или имущество, некие материальные блага 🤔Но наш самый дорогой ресурс - это время. Мы тратим деньги и прикладываем много сил ради того, что бы сэкономить время. Всегда торопим события, хотим быстрее вырасти, быстрее похудеть, быстрее выздороветь, быстрее добиться результата, быстрее научиться, быстрее, ещё быстрее, и так до бесконечности. ☝️И именно эта "торопыжность" всегда играет против нас. Всегда. ⏺️Если вы начнёте тренироваться, ещё не залечив травму, то, в лучшем случае, затянете восстановительный процесс дольше необходимого, а в худшем, усугубите недолеченную травму, да ещё и новую на компенсации приобретёте. ⏺️Если вы хотите, что бы дом построили быстрее, чем это может и должно быть сделано по технологиям строительства, то он развалится скорее, чем простоял бы, будь вы терпеливее. ⏺️Если вы хотите похудеть, то, конечно же, быстрее.
