💪Was so looking forward to running with 'Sharp Objects' again. The 3 days' break didn't really affect the stamina which is good. But it definitely felt tougher than my last 10km run. Was also suddenly so exhausted after eating Meal 2 at the pool though I wasn't hungry. 🔥Basement Burn Run 12km/h for 4 min 12.5km/h for 1 min For the first 30 min Then 11.5km/h for 2km Then 11km/h for the last 2km till 10km is hit Plank with feet on Ball 2min Prone straigh leg lifts with Ball 1 min Upper crunches 1min Stretch 🍲1@10am- L and I slept in later than usual coz she slept later last night with the wedding and all. The usual oatmeal with milk fruit, quark, oat cereal and 2 soft-boiled eggs. 🍲email@example.com - Prepped for the pool. Veg, Spaghetti and chicken 🍲firstname.lastname@example.org - Spaghetti veg mix and chicken. Didn't finish the chicken. Just wanted more veg. 🍲email@example.com - Quark and oat cereal 💝Relaxing on the grass at the poolside with L repeatedly running towards me to lay on top of my belly. Us rolling and cuddling in the evening sun. 💝L saying “妈妈帮我” (mama help me)，“妈妈看” (mama look) and "我爱你”(I love you) automatically. I have started speaking Mandarin to her a few days ago. She speaks predominantly English and some German. It really feels like a futile task coz I am using 2 minority languages to communicate with her, and it is always faster and easier to do so in English. It is a lot of getting her to repeat in Mandarin, what she had said in English. My motivation is that she isn't resistant to learning. Like all other new challenges / obstacles / down days, it is about taking it a day at a day. Patience. Perseverance. Consistency. #saturdaytraining#10km#running#justrun#sweattherapy#perspiretoinspire#exhausted#patience#perseverance#consistency#trilingual#adayatatime#foodjournal#journal#thankfulness#trainingplan#edailyfat
I can’t tell you the last time I had a @dairyqueen Blizzard but I saw a commercial for their Reese’s Outrageous and, as a PB junkie, I knew I needed to try it. I got a mini size and it was a steep 20sp but it was SO worth it. I ate slow and savored every bite. And, after all, #weekendsareforweeklies!
