We have always been impressed with the great food prepared by @eel_hafida but even more impressed with her kindness, sharing and friendship. She posted “cigars” made from “papers” that looked absolutely incredible! Abi and she talk frequently, and she was kind to give us the recipe and even made a video tutorial for us. Since we couldn’t use wheat flour, Abi made a GF version that worked (on sixth attempt). The filling contains minced chicken, mushrooms, onion and the typically outstanding spices from Morocco. Incredible dish! Karena sy biasa klo beli daging ayam,daging sapi dan udang suka di repack masukin dalam plastik kecil2 jadi misal mau masak apa yg butuh daging ngak terlalu banyak bisa lngs keluarin dr frezer. Cus resep nya ijin copas ya ci. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 Bakso goreng  Resep liat di ig cc @liliana.wijaya68  By :@hana_kitchenn  Bahan: -ayam fillet bagian paha tanpa kulit + udang = 175 gr (lemak yang menempel di ayam di ikutkan,sy pakai ayam dan udang sama banyak nya) dipotong kecil2,cacah halus. -1.5 butir telur -3 siung bawang putih,rajang,goreng sampai kekuningan. Angkat. Di cacah sampai benar2 Halus bersama ayam dan udang. -125gr tepung tapioka. -secukupnya kecap asin,merica,garam,kaldu bubuk.  Caranya : -kocok telur dengan whisking sampai berbusa,masukan bahan dan bumbu2 nya. Aduk rata. Goreng dalam minyak banyak yang sudah panas bulatkan dengan bantuan 2 bh sendok. When u cooked too many things and u want to taste all at a time,, sorry to delicious Panacotta ,,of course u always deserve fancy look. 😀 Coffee Panna Cotta  Ingredients  2 tablespoons water  1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin  1/2 cup freshly made espresso coffee  1/4 cup  light brown sugar  11/2 cups heavy cream  Pinch salt  4 round molds or any other shape  Procedures  Pour the water in a small bowl and sprinkle over the gelatin. Let stand until softened. This will take about 10 minutes, so get on with the rest of the recipe while the gelatin softens.  Pour the hot strong espresso into a small saucepan and stir in the light brown sugar until it has dissolved. Now stir in the cream and a pinch of salt and put the saucepan over a low heat.  When the cappuccino-scented mixture is about to come to a boil—i.e., when it is beginning to bubble a little around the edges—take the pan off the heat.  Check that the gelatin looks soft—it should have turned translucent and absorbed all of the water—then scrape all of the soft gelatin into the prepared coffe cream saucepan and whisk until the gelatin has fully dissolved. Do not return the pan to the heat once you have added the gelatin.  Transfer the mixture to a heatproof pitcher before pouring the mixture into the 4 molds, giving the pitcher’s contents a gentle whisk between each pour. Transfer to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until set. Let them come to room temperature before serving.  To unmold easily, dip the bottom of each mold into some just-boiled water, one at a time, and hold there for about 8 seconds; let it stand out of the water for another few seconds before wiping off the water and putting a small salad plate or saucer on top; then overturn the mold and let the panna cotta drop onto the plate. | El otro día leí un post de @enclavedesal que decía que había que animarse a hacer rellenos diferentes para empanadas porque caemos en las mismas siempre Y ES VERDAD 🤷🏻‍♂️! Abrí la heladera, tenia repollitos de bruselas, queso gouda y 2 ramas de puerro ; en la alacena unos tomates deshidratados y en el freezer tapas de empanadas. Corte por la mitad los repollitos y los salteé con un poco de manteca de tomillo, le agregue el puerro y los tomates con un poco de ajo 🤤. Cuando arme las empanadas le puse el queso gouda, las cerré y directo al horno con algunas semillas de desamor negro por arriba 🔥. En vez del queso gouda y si te animas a un sabor más intenso ponele queso brie o de cabra 🤯 que le va a quedar INCREÍBLE |

🍥🍥🍥 YAKI & AGE GYOZA by @shinmenrealjapantaste . One of my most of the most favorite cuisine ever is a Japanese cuisine, as I love sushi, sashimi, udon, ramen, soba, tempura, and so on. I don't have to be confused about where to get a delicious Japanese dishes when I am at @pvjofficial as I can directly go to ©shinmenrealjapantaste and order for their foods. Above is my favorite japanese appetizers or light meals: Gyoza (small dumpling with chicken or mixed meat filling) which is available in grilled (yaki) style and fried (age) style. . Which one of those two Gyoza is better very depends on your preferences. The yaki one is more tender and classic, but the age one is crispy. The filling is very similar. Both gyoza will be served along with a special shoyu based sauce that tastes great and very suitable for them. So, I had already had my appetizer, what's next? Ramen? Sushi? Or maybe a bento? A @pizzariaolegario é mesmo convidativa. Atribuo este caráter estimulante, pois o estabelecimento se desponta, rotineiramente, no meu trajeto do trabalho pra casa. E mais: é, reconhecidamente, uma das melhores pizzas de BH. O restaurante, que está na capital há 14 anos, não conquistou esse título ao acaso.
