This was kinda rough. A lot heavier than I thought but I was able to knock it out. I love seeing my strength numbers go up as my weight and body fat goes down.  Deadlift: 340 lbs/ 154.3 kg for 5 reps

🛡 Are you aware of your own worldview? I really do believe that the worldview area of communication is what society needs to visit more frequently. Worldview communication is valuable in knowing where it is someone may be coming from and in understanding one another. Our bodies are designed to perceive and communicate our own viewpoint of the world with one another. We should exercise our communications with each other frequently so we can truly know the world better ourselves.  I wouldn’t be far off from saying that a worldview is a biological necessity for all human beings. “Worldview, simply put, consists of the most general and basic assumptions about what is real and what is good – including assumptions about who we are and what we should do.” Worldview formation, as well as the understanding of history you allow yourself to be influenced by, occurs through the conscious and subconscious interactions, and is heavily directed by friends, family, and your cultural environment. Your worldview should make sense (obviously) and you may even mistake it as common sense (meaning that everyone thinks this way, or at least ought to). This is because as an innate human necessity, your worldview orients where you are and helps guide you in where you should go and what you should do. 🛡 A scientist may define “fitness” as an organism’s ability to survive. And even though inactivity is not good for one’s quality of life, you can still survive without ever exercising. Shoot, it seems that the only stories our media spits our way about people living past 100 years of age is that their advice is either smoking cigs or drinking a coke a day is the secret of their longevity. I’m sure most of you have heard a similar story. Some people can live very unhealthy lives and still live longer than people who did everything right in the health sense of living. Modern day medicine truly can make someone survive until they are 80 years old, while their quality of life may have died a long time before 80.  I think what most of my health–minded readers would agree  that they would rather have a shorter, higher–quality version of life compared to the drawn–out low–quality survival of life – the conclusion to either being the sad fate of death. At this time, I want you to start thinking about the purpose of life. We can now die old and slow at 80 or young and full of life…at 80. No matter the age you can survive to and the quality of life you can strive to live...you will still die anyway. What is it that you are really surviving for? Is there something about wholistic health that speaks more than just mere survival?
