The SINGLE LEG RDL is a great exercise that incorporates single leg balance, eccentric and concentric contractions of the hamstring musculature, core stability and hip flexion to hip extension elements.⠀ ---⠀ When throwing and ore specific to PITCHING, you should be able to transfer your weight from your back leg to your front leg, and be able to put your foot in the ground while getting over your front leg.⠀ ---⠀ The ability to stabilize and get over your front leg not only allows you to get into a better position but allows you to put more force into the ground leading to improved VELOCITY, BALANCE & CONTROL.
