Food vs. Powder? Throw those shakers away!  Pre-workout, workout supplements, post-workout protein, meal replacement powders, shakes, and bars have saturated the market. Ground up stuff, lots of vitamins, minerals, and various chemicals thrown together, dried up, ground into a powder, flavored chocolate or vanilla, and sold as healthy.  I say NO!  When you look at a shaker of powdered food vs real, fresh honest-to-goodness food, how could you ever choose dried, ground up who knows what over actual food?  I know you need protein, but it comes in actual food too.  There are meats, eggs, yogurt, beans, tofu, etc.  No matter your personal dietary choices, real food is always the best choice to make.  If your workout plan relies upon powdered stuff, then you are being taken to the bank for a lot of bunk.  Eat well.  Plan meals.  There are so many nutrition calculators free online that give you an easy macronutrient breakdown.  There is no shake to replace real good food in my opinion.  Take some time to analyze your eating habits, and make the necessary changes to ensure a healthy diet.  Long term success relies upon lifestyle changes, and a shaker bottle is just a bad habit of not properly planning for your nutritional needs.

Crossfit för Mig innebär att våga utmana mig själv både när det gäller mentalt, fysiskt och göra saker jag aldrig gjort tidigare. Att göra det inför folk i boxen som tittar på och hjälper till att pusha är grymt. Att dessutom stå på en arena och visa upp detta inför en publik är både läskigt men över en grym och fantastisk känsla.  Jag lyckas överträffa mig själv varje gång jag sätter ett pr, lyckas med ett lyft, att lära mig klättra i rep, hoppa dubbelhopp, svinga mig i ett räcke och mycket mer.  Jag har inga spärrar, utan är beredd att testa allt, jag vill lära mig så mycket som möjligt.  Jag älskar att jag våga pressa mig själv och min fantastiska kropp till det yttersta. Varje kväll längtar jag efter att få vakna och få åka till boxen för att träna igen.
