I promised myself I’d try some weighted dips on deload week since it’s half the reps and only 2 sets. I’ve never done weighted dips before. I just used a 6 pound med ball because the weighted belt was missing! When I started FPT back in January I could barely do one strict dip. I’m excited to see progress. This was my second set.
This leg session was killer. SLD with a dumbell to finish off and exhaust those hamstrings 🔥🔥 . . I'm really enjoying my mini bulk so far, definitely think I'm making some good strength gains with my quads and hamstrings in particular. The first few days were hard diet wise as I'd adjusted to eating a cutting diet for so long, all those carbs were a shock to my system! Definitely settled into it now I'm a couple of weeks in.
