Well you know when some one is pretending to punch you in the stomach? Then you squeeze your tummy in and up? Well that’s exactly how it should feel when you engage your core . How can you practice good formโ‰๏ธ . Front facing wall squats . Feet shoulder width apart, toes forward, arms out to the side (turn your head) and try to squat.
