She shared with us recently that whilst meditating, this beautiful OM symbol appeared for her. . So we thought we’d share with you a little about the meaning of #om and why it’s soooo good for you! . Although it’s often referred to as “OM” when chanted with intention, it’s pronounced “AUM” . In Sanskrit, the sound “O” is a diphthong spelled “AU” A diphthong is the blending of two vowel sounds where both are normally heard but they melt together seamlessly as the sounds glide off your tongue. So the difference between OM and AUM is simply one of transliteration when written but when chanted, it makes all the difference. . Try to keep this in mind next time you chant and listen for, create, feel and follow all 3 sounds from the back of your throat “A” along your tongue “U” to your lips “M” so you can fully embody the energetic effects, and here’s why 👉🏻 AUM represents the 3 Fold Division of Time. A complete journey through the conscious and unconscious states of mind. Through movement and rest. Thought and feeling. AKA That beautiful state of BALANCE. A – is the waking state U – is the dream state M – is the state of deep sleep At the end of AUM is a pause, a silence. This is just as important as the sounds themselves, because it’s in this silence that we marinate in the energy of the sounds before it. This silent state is known as Turiya, or Infinite Consciousness. It’s the icing on the cake to your internal journey, the ultimate #brainbreak and a powerful way to connect with yourself and the earth, all at the same time!! . Detoxing profusely on the #applechallenge but I'm so happy that the apple's magic is kicking out EBV from my system, including known and possibly unknown viruses, bacteria, heavy metals and toxins that we may have lurking in our systems. I feel ready for the next steps, and this is down to how the apples support me whilst detoxing me - this is the magic I've discovered with eating 3+ apples daily. Topic:- snacks. They can raise you up, or pull you down, depending upon choices. Healthy and fresh, shiny resplendent in nutrients, or from a shiny packet, yet "dead" food, with artificial flavours. Here is one of the adrenal snacks recommended by @medicalmedium but he has recommended many more. I wrapped each red butter lettuce leaf around the orange segments, with corriander/cilantro tucked in🙊, and dipped into some left over Gado Gado sauce by @chefpriscillasoligo 😋. Adrenal snacking has been new to me since following the #medicalmedium lifestyle. My energy levels were always on a rollercoaster prior to adopting this approach of snacking every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Energy levels are cruical with M.E/C.F.S, and I've never known such stability in my body since including healthy snacks. Each of your meals should ideally contain a balance of potassium, sodium, and natural sugar (from fruit).
