DAY 21 – Dr Meghan’s Advent Calendar - RECIPE – Ginger Snaps Ingredients •1/3 cup + 1 tbsp cashew nut butter •4 tbsp cashew milk •4 tbsp coconut oil •1/3 cup coconut flour •2 tbsp arrowroot flour •1/8 tsp salt •¼ tsp baking soda •½ tsp cinnamon •¼ tsp allspice •½ tsp ginger •½ tsp vanilla How to prepare •In a food processor, blend the cashew butter, cashew milk, coconut oil, salt, vanilla, and spices. •Mix in the flours until well combined and the texture is firm enough to roll into 1 inch cookie balls. •Disperse the cookies on a baking sheet, lightly pressing the balls into disc-shaped cookies. •Bake in the over at 350F for 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Ideally the cookies should be soft and chewy. Ich habe neulich bei @foodoase.de bestellt weil die dort #verjus haben. Mit einer #histaminintoleranz ist es ja schwierig die Gerichte oder auch Soßen sauer zu bekommen da Zitrone und Essig wegfällt. Aber mit verjus ist das wieder möglich. Kennt ihr das Produkt auch? Zu dieser Lieferung habe ich eine Probe von #fiberhusk bekommen. Dabei handelt es sich um flohsamenschalenpulver was gut zum #backen verwendet werden kann. Ich verwende schon ganz normale #flohsamenschalen für meine Rezepte aber das kannte ich jetzt noch nicht. Bin gespannt ob es sich beim Backen anders verhält. Guten Morgen #instas  Ich habe diese Woche eine große Bestellung bei #reishunger gemacht. Habe bisher nur so viel gutes gehört und esse so gerne #reis in jeglicher Form. Bei mir gibt es z.b. morgens öfter #milchreis , mittags oder Abends dann verschiedene #reisgerichte mit #gemüse  Reis kann man einfach immer essen. Außerdem habe ich mir so ein cooles Aufbewahrungsgefäß bestellt das gleichzeitig hübsch in der Küche aussieht. Die #tastybox habe ich übrigens gratis zu meiner Lieferung erhalten, da ich über 15€ bestellt habe. Das war gerade ein #aktion  bei @reishunger ich bin so gespannt wie die Reissorten schmecken.
