Last night I was reminded how easy it is to eat well in Australia. Buy the best produce you can afford and cook it simply. Can't really go wrong with chucking it on the barbie (when did I become so Aussie?) I don't think I really understood food until I left this country and realised that not everyone is as lucky as we are to have produce of this quality all year round. These days I aim to eat better quality meat and cook more with locally grown, seasonal vegetables. For dinner I've just chargrilled some aged flank steak from @griffithbutchery and brushed some chilli butter on grilled corn from @wiffens_greengrocers.
