I think that most cooks should learn a few methods of how to showcase eggs🍳. Having a repertoire of egg🍳 recipes is one of the best cooking skills to have. There are endless combos. They are versatile and also easy to cook. They can also be used for pancakes or cakes too but does not really count. They are also other eggs🍳 out there such as duck eggs🍳 which are more nutrient rich than hens. I try to rotate eggs🍳 every other or third day so that I do not create any potential food sensitivity. This keeps my immune system in check. My preferred method is poached eggs🍳 when I have the time. When I am short on time I go for fried or soft boiled. I always opt for free range/pasture raised. I prefer to cook mine in a cast iron pan oppose to Teflon or Aluminium pans. The main nutrients are in the yolk. So try to aim for a soft to medium set yolk. I was going to train this morning.....but then i needed to stay in bed for a bit. But that's ok. Sometimes you need to do these things. Don't punish yourself if you can't train, that's not what it's about. Listen to your body and if you need that extra sleep then take it. Don't feel guilty. Don't think you then have to do a double session the next day to make up for it. No no. Rest is just as important as your body needs time to fix itself and get back on top form. If you over-train and break yourself then you're no good to anyone. 🍯CESTINI DI AVENA&CANNELLA ALLA CREMA DI QUARK ALLA BANANA&BURRO DI ARACHIDI CROCCANTE CON TOPPING DI MIELE CALDO Per i cestini ho utilizzato: 50gr di fiocchi d'avena 60 ml albume 1/2banana Cannella Ho messo il composto nei pirottini e gli ho fatto riposare tutta la notte nel freezer. Per la crema : Ho preso 4cucchiai di quark e ho frullato tutto con mezza banana. La mattina seguente ho farcito i cestini con la crema, ho aggiunto due fette di banana, il burro di arachidi croccante e per finire una colata di miele caldo.
