Another loss! I know this could have been better because I had wine a few nights this past weekend that went over my carbs for the day but even with that, I still lost a pound! I’ll definitely take it. I am learning more and more everyday on how to make keto work for me and I have absolutely loved it. I’m still less than a month in, but I am finding it a lot more sustainable for me. I know I won’t do it long term because I don’t like the idea of forever elongating food groups, but for now, it’s really working for me and I’m feeling awesome!!!
