Sharing my Organic Fried Terriyaki Beef Ramen Recipe (serves 4 to 6 pax) on @beritahariansg:  This is a must-try.... I received a lot of thumbs up 👍🏼 when I feed my family & friends... have a try and let me know what you think! **Ingredients: 1 packet Organic Ramen (boiled) 500g minced beef 1 large red onions (diced)* 1 red chilli (sliced)* 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic* 1teaspoon Minced Ginger* 1 red Capsicum (diced)* 1 stick celery (diced) ^ 1 large or 2 medium sized Carrots (diced and boiled) 1/2 cup French Beans/ Long green beans (diced)^ 1/2 cup Brown Shimeji Mushroom/Shitake 1 lime Coriander leaves Sesame oil Olive Oil **Sauce: 1.5 tablespoon terriyaki marinade 1.5 tablespoon oyster sauce 1.5 tablespoon light soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon of honey  15 drops fish sauce 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder or 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper 1/4 black pepper  Garnish:  1 wedge lime Coriander leaves Fried shallot  Drizzle with Sesame oil  Cooking method: 1. heat pan with 2 tablespoon olive oil, medium to high heat  2. Lightly stir fry (*) until fragrant and onions are soft 3. Add minced beef, stir fry for 3 minutes 4. Add sauce, stir and let it cook for 3 minutes  5. Add veges (^), cook for 3 minutes 6. Add Boiled Ramen, Carrots and mushroom, continue cooking for a minute or two. 7. Turn off the heat and serve and garnish. Taste better with a quick squeeze of lime juice. Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps  Ingredients: 1.3 lbs 99% lean ground turkey 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 small onion, minced 2 tbsp bell pepper, minced 3/4 cup water 4 oz can tomato sauce 8 large lettuce leaves from Iceberg lettuce Directions: Brown turkey in a large skillet. When no longer pink add dry seasoning and mix well. Add onion, pepper, water and tomato sauce and cover. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes. #recipes #healthyrecipes

JAMCRAN FUN FACT: I’m allergic to peanut butter and have been my whole life 🥜  I first tried almond butter junior year in high school and honestly I was so psychologically freaked out (cause it looked exactly like peanut butter) that I couldn’t even take another bite. After a while, I forced myself to eat the entire jar cause I hate food waste, and honestly I became hooked!
