Let’s dig in 👇🏼 • The Turkish get up is such a great workout for total body movement and improving overall strength. The bottoms up modification is great because it adds an extra level for shoulder stability. To begin, start with a body weight Turkish get up if you have not done this movement before. Once you have mastered it without weight, you would progress to using a light dumbbell and then progress to a light bottoms up kettle bell.
