👆🏼 THIS 👆🏼is your daily reminder to LEAVE BEHIND your false food beliefs!! . . What do I mean by that?! I mean the fact that we think bacon goes with eggs, salad dressing goes on salad, peanut butter goes with jelly, “meals” are plates that look like this but “snacks” come in a bag, some foods are “breakfast” foods while some foods are “dinner” foods, etc etc etc . . It’s time to LET. THAT. GO. . . It’s time to stop limiting your belief about food - to start thinking more holistically rather than adhering to what “most people” are doing or believing about what they put in their bodies. . . NEWSFLASH: you can add an egg to almost anything. (Sandwich? Egg. Sweet potatoes? Egg. Burger? Egg. Salad? EGG) There are SO MANY ways to flavor salads!! (Cottage cheese, hummus, spices, bitchen sauce - ASK ME - , olive oil, runny EGGSSSS) Obviously peanut butter goes with EVERYTHING (rice cakes, dates, oatmeal, smoothies, halo top😁, banana, yogurt - SERIOUSLY EVERYTHING) . Meals and snacks?? They’re the SAME THING. No need to differentiate. It’s all food. The idea that “snack food” is unhealthy is not true. “Snack food” is simply food, so if you try to eat healthy foods for meals - “try” to eat healthy foods for snacks too. 🤷🏽‍♀️ . And we all know that breakfast food is all day food and anyone who is willing to argue that scientifically proven fact is going to have all of the rest of us normal humans to answer to. 🥞🍌🍳🍩☕️👀 . The point is this: when it comes to food combos or styles or timing - anything goes. We can get caught up in this idea that healthy nutrition is boring or that if we’re going to eat healthy it has to be dry chicken breast and plain broccoli all the time. . But that just isn’t the case. #thankgoodness . I challenge you to go to the vegetable section next time you’re grocery shopping and choose a NEW veggie - either one you’ve never had or one that you haven’t had

When the hard work at the gym (and kitchen) starts paying off #bootygains 👀  This may not look like a lot of difference but to me it was everything! Even just seeing my weight increase was enough as I’ve always had difficulty adding weight. I actually went up to eating 2400 calories in the end and boy is it hard! People tell you it’s easy but when you’re trying to eat 2400 calories of GOOD lean food it’s actually so difficult especially when you’re working full time as you can’t just keep eating lol. My journey to ADD weight by increasing muscle mass has been amazing, I spent 6 months bulking and then I cut for 6 weeks to look a bit leaner for my brothers wedding in which my weight dropped back down to 51kg. But cutting was not easy either! I found myself becoming extremely tired, lacked energy and didn’t perform as well as I could in the gym and as I wasn’t lifting as heavy it was getting me down meaning I didn’t go Gym for nearly 4 weeks due to lacking in energy and feeling lethargic. Now I’ve got 3 months till my holiday of a lifetime ☀️ and I’m super excited to start my bulk again 🙌🏽 not only can I eat more, my gym sessions will be more intense, lifting heavier and hopefully I’ll be in the best shape possible by November! Let the journey commence 🤗✨
I have had carrot cake oats for breakfast this week! Do you change up your cardio or do you stick to the same thing??🤔🏃🏾‍♂️ . *Beitrag enthält Werbung* Guten Abend meine Lieben 😊 Zum Abendessen haben wir uns heute low carb Burger mit Tomate 🍅, Mozzarella 🧀 und Pesto 🍃 gemacht 😋 Ein belegter Burger hatte 122 kcal, 13g Eiweiß, 2g KH und 7g Fett 📊 Rezept (für 2x Brötchen): Zuerst 60g Eiweiß von @pumperlgsund mit etwas Salz steif schlagen. Dann den Eischnee auf ein Backblech in „Brötchen große“-Haufen geben und im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180° für 20 Minuten backen. Anschließend den Ofen ausschalten und einen Holzlöffel o.ä. in den Türspalt stecken, um die Brötchen langsam abkühlen zu lassen (etwa 20 min lassen). So fallen sie nicht in sich zusammen☝️ Wenn man unter den Eischnee noch Magerquark oder Frischkäse hebt, werden die Brötchen saftiger 😊 Danach aufschneiden und mit einem light Mozzarella, einer Tomate, etwas Salat und jeweils 5g Pesto belegen👌 🇬🇧 low carb burger filled with tomato, mozzarella and pesto  Recipe (2x pieces): First you have to beat two egg white with some salt until stiff. Then put the mixture as a ball on baking paper in the preheated oven and bake it for 20 minutes at 180°C. After the 20 minutes, turn of the oven, open the door slightly so the buns cool down slowly. So I recorded my leg warmup but uhhhh I suck at this whole videoing thing. When I get my tripod I’ll try to record it better and post it for y’all. However, legs are getting thicker and stronger so that’s cool. I want to share my plan with you for this next year: I figured I would do a 20 week bulk(I’m just finishing up week 5) which lands me at the first week in December. Then I’ll slowly start to decrease calories to around maintenance for the holiday season.
