None of those things are true. 🙅🏼♀️ . What I realized is that I was the one putting those thoughts in peoples minds about me. How I did that is by mainly only sharing the best parts of my life on social media. 🧐 But those who truly know me, know my struggles. STAY MOTIVATED, SET REALISTIC GOALS AND STICK TO ONE GOAL AT A TIME. Hi IG, So excited to share this piece with y'all😊 hope it inspires you in a positive way just as I was inspired . I have been spending most of my time outdoors with the kids, thought it 'll be nice to share a a non-kitchen inspo😉 -------------------------------------------- So , I was at this beautiful park with my kids . while they were playing, I simply could'nt resist not capturing the beauty of the moment, nature, the lovely colours of flowers( oh my love for colours) I moved closer to this bunch and just as I was videoing this busy bee here dotting all over the place working really hard😃, It occured to me instantly how busy we can often be, buzzing in different directions( Bz bz bzz) just like the bee, setting too many goals at the same time and not completing any at the end. Then I remembered this popular analogy-- Is it really possible to find the cure for cancer , be the next mark zuckerberg and land on Mars at the same time? 😃😃Not quite, but definitely achieavable if you prioritize. However you might be able to become, a successful CEO, or student and an atlete at the same time👍 because success and fitness complement each other so well . So, while working on a project, you can take up activities that line up with your goals. e.g you can be an employer, employee or student with healthy eating and fitness goals at the same time. A healthier person can be a better CEO , better employee and a better student . it's just like two bumblebees, pushing in the same direction, and stronger for it. ----------------------------------------- So , why am I so busy? what's the goal? what do I want out of this, what's the objective? Is it long term or short term? what's most important to me right now?( priority) what simple steps can I take to ensure I achieve my goals? There will be so many distractions , but if you know exactly what you want and the "why "?
