🙌Sushi is great but in my experience it’s also very easy to overeat especially when it comes round on a conveyor belt. The plates can pile up real quick.

😎 I’ve created a little infographic with a spectrum of foods divided into fat loss and muscle gain (indicating how calorific they are) to help you plan and manage your meals better when you do go and eat Sushi. .
The order of foods from least calories to highest calories goes like this per piece:

-Sashimi
-Sushi
-Large Maki
-Temaki
-Noodles
.
Of course, I can’t fit everything on one picture but you get an idea of the extremities and you’ll probably figure that anything else not on the list falls somewhere in between.

I should probably put up some useful information every now & again🤔  today was shoulders & arms and I use pyramid training through out it all..... my workout is 3 shoulder, 3 bicep & 3 triceps exercises..... 1/2 kneeling Single Arm Overhead Press  Single arm variation of yesterday's overhead press. Again really important to keep the core engaged and careful not to hyperextend the back as you push up. Also need to avoid lateral flexion. If you have tight lats this may limit your movement overhead. I like to think of this as a core exercise first. CARBS by @chadhargrove1  It can be the most confusing topic in all of diet and exercise. - This idea that carbs are bad. - Is it really true? - Vegetables? Full of carbs. - Fruits? Full of carbs. - Potatoes, oats, quinoa, beans, lentils... - Full. Of. Carbs. - I mean vegetables are obvious. Even the biggest fear mongers out there aren’t trying to convince you vegetables are bad. - Only crazies are telling you fruits are. - And even though starches like sweet potatoes, oats, and beans are called to question — let’s be real here: - Fibre, nutrient dense, filling. - This whole fearing carbs thing seems to be bullshit. - And it is. - If you’ve eaten too many carbs in your life my guess is it has, and never had, anything to do with pounding apples. - Or eating plates filled with rice. - It’s too uncomfortable to eat that much of those foods. - But. - Breakfast cereals. Chocolate. Potato CHIPS. - Processed stuff...that usually, and ironically, carry as many calories from fat as carbs anyways, tend to be the problem. - And it isn’t really the carbs and fats that are the problem, it’s the processed nature of these foods. It isn’t the sodium either — you need sodium — you just don’t need that much, combined with fake fats, refined sugars without the fibre and water. - Make sense? - Carbs aren’t holding you back, even if you’ve convinced yourself of it. - Any questions?
