Today is day 70 post transplant! Every time I think about what we are going through and try to deal with the tough stuff, I just can’t yet. And that’s ok. I’m not ready. Things just feel so big lately. Being at home. Starting a salon. Starting a non Profit. Deciding what’s important in my life and realizing that life is just so short so choose wisely in what you invest in. The biggest thing I see through all this is how amazing our ppl are. I think about each one of you (you know who you are) You were there through all the messiness with and for us. Through every emotion good and bad. Seeing my not so great sides of me at times because stress can do a number on you! We are blessed. Thank you for showing up because you didn’t have to. Take a look around your tribe and just be thankful. The ones that show up when things are hard, those are the keepers. ❤️ Keep praying. We are almost to day 100! Here’s to lots of healing.
My sweet girl. She deserves so much for all she has went through. She’s strong, brave, unstoppable and a shining light for me and so many. I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving to be 2019 GIRL OF THE YEAR for the Leukemia & Lymphoma society! We are so honored she gets to represent and show what a fighter she is. We hope to see you all at the Gala this April where she will be honored! @llstennessee @leukemialymphomasociety
