Are you counting calories, exercising, avoiding all kinds of foods, and still not losing weight? There is a reason you’re not. A healthy individual will lose weight using these strategies, and an unhealthy person will not. ___ Let’s talk about the reasons you may not be losing weight even though you are doing everything you can think of possible to achieve weight loss. 1. Emotional blockages, our emotions can be toxic to us, toxins can be stored in the fat cells and affect our liver and immune system. 2. Toxic foods, foods that are allergens or tolerances are toxic to our bodies. Every person is different as to what they can tolerate. 3. Toxic relationships 4. SIBO, Candida, leaky gut... the bacteria in your gut can cause inflammation and weight gain as well as bloating and edema. 5. Adrenal fatigue, which relates back to 1-4 6. Hormonal imbalances (mostly come from leaky gut) 7. Fatty liver 8. You’re not eating enough to support your training and workouts which causes adrenal fatigue and weight gain. 9. Depression, negative thoughts about yourself, self hate, body dysmorphia 10. Stress (adrenal fatigue) ___ Weight loss is not about reducing calories and exercising more, it’s about self love, self care, self respect. Weight loss comes from the body being in balance, loving yourself, letting go of past traumas, removing anything and anyone toxic in your life, and healing the body. Once these things are in line you won’t need to count your calories or diet, weight loss will come naturally as long as you’re eating the right foods and happy. WEDDING 👰🏼 SEASON gives me all the freaking emotional 😭 feels!
