The #mcmaster#engineering @ecocar3 Team would like to thank everyone involved in the four years of competition. From sponsors, organizers, faculty, and student members, our team is grateful for the years of dedication and support. EcoCAR3 and Advanced Vehicle Technology Competitions are not just about a new car; it is about innovation and shared knowledge through community building. By using competition as a catalyst for change, we have been able to increase community and youth outreach while maintain strong engineering goals for the performance of our Chevrolet Camaro. Through experiential learning, we have been able to take our skills and apply them outside of the classroom. EcoCAR3 has allowed us all to become better engineers, analysts, communicators, and professionals. Of all of these lessons, the most important one we have learned is how to become a family, an #ecofamily. Everyone on the team, has worked to near exhausting testing not only the limits of our Camaro, but the ourselves as well. In every instance, our team was able to succeed because we supported one another and stood as one. Although year four has come to an end, we will continue to take these lessons and apply them to our lives. Thank you again to all who took part in our journey towards #hybrid#automotive #excellence.
Meet Azra Karmali and winner of our $50 gift certificate to the campus book store. Azra, an MBA co-op student, just completed her first co-op at Baylis Medical Company. Her experience at Baylis furthered her interest in contributing to the development of medical innovations, be it in the medical device, pharmaceutical or public healthcare sectors. Baylis Medical Company provided her with a strong introduction to the Canadian health system and the challenges it faces trying to align both private and public entity needs. #hiremcmaster#hirebrighter#mcmaster#degroote#studentexperience#mba#education#university
