Day 4 ✅ Sometimes all you need is your Big sis with you for encouragement! I’m so lucky to have so much support through this program not only from my friends and family but also from my support group! I never knew I could have so much motivation and inspiration from people I have barely met yet have become so close 💜 i am so thankful I said Yes to taking this step on this journey! I never knew how much of a difference working out with other people made a difference for me until now. I used to be that person that wondered around the gym aimlessly and would do a little cardio and maybe a few weights and look at my watch the whole time! After about 20-30 min I thought meh I’m good 🤷🏼♀️.
