Being a mom gives me a lot of ideas for paintings. This one was inspired by reading The Tortoise 🐢 and the Hare 🐰 with Noah. 😊 I liked how it came out so much that I made it into a pattern. I don’t have the time to workout...how many of you have said those exact words? 🙋🏻 I have. When I started my health journey I was working 2 jobs Monday through Friday...I was tired, no.... exhausted. I kept saying I don’t have time to workout. Eventually I made the time because it’s an excuse. I went across the road to a planet fitness and worked out in between! Some days I would do it when I got home from work.(Definitely not my favorite thing to do). Now, I know you may have a busy, crazy, hectic life, we all do. I challenge you to think about this! How much do you look and play around on your phone? How many hours do you watch tv? I bet if you honestly sat down and took a look at your schedule, you’d maybe not FIND the time but you could MAKE the time! Workout instead of watching tv , wake up earlier or go to bed a little later. Instead of spending time on your phone chose to get some sort of physical activity in. If you have kids, put them to bed a little earlier or have your significant other take them out so you can have your me time!! Look at what you do daily, you’re worth it....aren’t you?!!
