Diary of a prep mom... 👩👧👧 All in a days work 🤷♂️ . Lately I've had a lot of questions regarding how I fit it all in. It's a TIGHT squeeze and often I dont have 2 seconds to myself. Here's a glimpse into a normal day for me. . 4:30am - Gym (Husband on duty) 6:30am - Shower & Meal 1 7:20am - Start work 9:00am - Meal 2 12:00 - Meal 3 15:00 - Meal 4 16h30 - Leave work & fetch my daughter 17h30 - Meal 5 18h00 - Feed & bath my little one 19h00 - Prepare meals & repack gym bag 19h30 - Meal 6 20h00 - Bed time! . Preparation and team work is what works for my family. I'd love to be able to split up my cardio & weight training but I would rather choose to spend the little bit of extra time with my daughter. Saturdays are family gym days and I fit in my posing practise. Sundays....I food prep and CHILL! I cook all my meals 7 days in advance and freeze them. When theres a will, theres a way. High five to the fit moms out there 🙋♂️💗 #athlete#fitmom#posing#hayleytrex#ifbb#ifbbathlete#fitnessathlete#fitnessmodel#muscle#musclemodel#fitnessbikini#fit#fitness#summeralexiswright#coachedbytz#shredded#southafrica#prep
My name is Edwin and this is my 100 day fitness journey complete. On the left I was weighing around 92kg and now I weigh 78-80kg depending on how much I ate. I’m still not where I want to be at as my initial goal was 75kg and still is. I want to finally document my progress and hopefully share my weight loss journey with some of y’all. After my cutting, I will then go ahead and start bulking. Now that’s enough of my story. Let’s go get it fam.
This is a post on how to really lose weight by @oualidzaim. This is something most people get wrong, me included. When starting, I always thought that for me to lose weight I had to exercise, exercise and exercise again while having an extremely poor diet. But the truth is, we can all lose weight by just keeping our diet and in check and not exercise or lift weight.
